Linen is considered to be a “live cloth” and it is not recommended to iron it in order to keep its remedial qualities.

The towels are really lovely! However I've cold washed and air dried them 5 times now and little black fibers are still coming off everywhere (skin, counters) when I use them... I read darker dye linens shed more so I'll keep putting them through the cycles, hopefully it stops soon.
